Are you currently stocked up your product(s) and want to push your upcoming Autoship order back? OR Are you currently running low and need your upcoming Autoship order processed sooner than scheduled? No problem! With our Autoship program, customers have the option to change their next order date at any time. Here's how:
1) Login to your account.
2) Go to the "My Account" page by clicking "Account" on the top right corner of the web page.
3) From the side menu, click "Autoship Schedules".
4) Change your next order date by modifying the date listed on your schedule. You can click on each section of the date (MM/DD/YYYY) and type in the values from your keyboard. Near the end of the date, you will also notice other functions that allow you to edit the date: the blue "X" (this completely erases the date), the up & down arrows, (you can use this to add or subtract one day at a time), and the inverted triangle (which opens a dropdown menu and displays a calendar for date selection).
PLEASE NOTE: The next order date does not correspond with the shipping date. The next order date is simply the date of when your next order will be generated and when payment will be submitted for the order.
Please allow up to 3 business days (M-F) from the order date for shipping.
