With our Subscribe to Save program, customers have the option to change the next occurrence date on their schedule at any time! Here's how:
1) Login to your account.
2) Go to the My Account page by clicking Account on the top right corner of the web page.
3) From the left side menu, click Scheduled Orders.
4) Click the icon to Edit your subscription.
5) Click Edit Schedule.
6) Enter your desired Next Occurrence and click Update Schedule.
***If you choose a same-day next occurrence date, please allow up to 5 minutes for your order to process.
PLEASE NOTE: The next order occurrence date is not necessarily the ship date. The next occurrence date is when your order will be generated and when your card is charged. Please allow up to 3 business days (M-F) from the order date for the order to ship.
